Our Cabins and Their Amenities

Welcome to Rowe's Adirondack Cabins of Schroon Lake in the Adirondacks!

We are fortunate to live on the grounds of this beautiful property and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. From the majestic white birch trees to the abundant flower gardens, there is natural beauty for all to enjoy.

You may enjoy curling up in a quiet place to read or to enjoy your morning coffee. A stroll around the property might reveal a spot of beauty, a beautiful bird, or the smell of the wild roses growing here. If you prefer to be more active, you may enjoy the horseshoe pit or the volleyball/badminton set. Children are free to use the playground set with the built-in sandbox. If you enjoy the water, the beautiful and free public beach is only a mile away.

On rainy days, you may enjoy sitting at the game table on the porch, enjoying a game of chess, cards, or many other games. The flatscreen TVs have a built-in DVD player, and you may borrow one of our 500 DVs from our shelf in the main office.

On nice days, you may choose to barbeque outside, using our charcoal grills. Feel free to enjoy your picnic out on the Adirondack style picnic tables. In the evenings, you may use the fire pit (the wood is provided) to make a bonfire or roast marshmallows. It is a nice way to meet and chat with other travelers.

Cozy Cabins (With Kitchens)

Cabin #1 - Wolf's Den:

This Cabin for two has one Queen size bed, a flat screen television and an alarm clock. It is equipped with a small dinette table and two chairs. It has its own bathroom with a shower stall.

All towels and linens are are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee with complimentary coffee and condiments, which are provided with the in-room coffeemaker. Upgraded televisions with cable TV and wireless internet service are available in all Cabins. Your stay is sure to be relaxing in this cute and charming Cabin.

Cabin #2 - Elk's Den:

This Cabin for two has a Queen size bed, a chair, a table lamp, and a new flat screen television. It has a full kitchen containing a stove, sink and refrigerator, a microwave, a dinette table and four chairs. It has its own bathroom with a shower stall. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for four, pots and pans, and utensils. We have provided a can opener, a toaster, steak knives, and a cutting board for your convenience. Dish soap is provided, as well as dish towels.

All towels and bed linens are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay.

This Cabin for two has two twin size beds, a nightstand, a mini refrigerator, an alarm clock and a television. It has its own bathroom with a shower stall.

All towels and bed linens are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay.

Family Cabins (With Kitchens)

Cabin #6 - Pine Cone Den:

This Cabin for four has one bedroom with a Queen size bed and an end table. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a chair, a table lamp, and a new flat screen television. There is a full kitchen containing a stove, sink, full size refrigerator, a microwave, a dining table and four chairs. It has its own bathroom with a shower stall.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for four, pots and pans, and utensils. We have provided a can opener, a toaster, steak knives, and a cutting board for your convenience. Dish soap is provided, as well as dish towels.

All towels and bed linens are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay.

This Cabin is roomy enough to accommodate a roll-away bed, a toddler bed, or a portable crib, all of which are available. Please let us know when making your reservation if you will need any of these items.

Cabin #7 - Fox Den:

This Cabin for ten has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two beds (a Queen and a pull-out full) and a comfortable chair. Bedroom 2 has two full beds, comfortable chairs, and a nightstand to hold the TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as an expandable table and chairs. It has its own bathroom with a shower stall.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. We have provided a can opener, a cutting board and steak knives for your convenience. Dish soap is provided, as well as dish towels. All towels and linens are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay.

This Cabin designed for four has one full size bed, a separate full kitchen, and living room with full sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower stalls. There is a TV in the living room. All towels and bed linens are provided. Since these are housekeeping Cabins, there is no daily maid service. You will be given a refresher of sheets and towels on the third day of your stay.
